*Cafe Diego (SHG) - Hemisphere Direct! Nicaragua coffee at its finest. Good acidity and chocolaty undertones. Grown at high altitudes in old shade canopy, this bean is hard and has wonderful characteristics. Perfect coffee!Costa Rica SHB - From the Tarrazu region this is classic snappy Costa Rica.
Colombia Excelso - A mild medium-body coffee, smooth in nature.

*Papua New Guinea - Purchased directly from New Guinea Traders who manage a coffee project in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. .
Brazil Santos - A great dry-processed South American coffee.

Colombia Decaf - Light body, mild flavor.
Sumatra Decaf - Rich and smooth, this is a real cup of coffee, even though it has been decaffeinated.

FLAVOR ADDED COFFEE - The flavoring process is done while the coffee is still warm from the roaster. Flavorings are drizzled over the warm beans and tumbled for complete saturation.
