I am really excited about your mission and product. I've been looking for something just like this. But I have to say that the bags only do half of what they need to do. It lets out the Carbon Dioxide, but the light also deteriorates the coffee taste, so the two bags I bought were not the greatest tasting. I would like to keep buying fair trade coffee, and I think you can retain quality better with a better bag.

My family ordered your coffee from a school fund raiser through Jonathon Alder High School. We ordered 4 different flavors, and they were all amazing! We will definitely be placing orders in the future, it has been the best coffee we have ever had.
