I love your coffee and that you are working with small farmers. It's roasted to perfection, and fresh roast is fabulous. I hope you will also introduce organic coffees, for the benefit of the farmers, the consumers, and the environment. That's the only missing ingredient in your coffee right now. Please give your growers the chance to be free of harmful chemical pesticides and fertilizers! As you may know, consumers are willing to pay more, if necessary, for organic. Thanks much, Steve
