A full-bodied, direct from the farm, do-it-all blend of
high-grown coffee sourced from Ethiopia and Nicaragua.
This washed Ethiopia Lekempti blended with the rare Cafe
Diego Nicaragua Maragogype (some call it Elephant Coffee
because of its large size) works great as a cold brew, over
ice, batch brewed or pour over. It creates silky sweet
espresso and like the mountain men of a past era, it can
handle any thing you ask it to do.
Combining a custardy and slight lemon note with hints of dark chocolate, it has become Paul and Andy’s daily driver.
