Shipping policy

What you can expect:

We ship out from our facility in Mechanicsburg, Ohio.

We roast 5 days a week Monday through Friday to guarantee the freshest coffee possible for our customers. 

Coffee orders ship out within 2 business days via standard shipping. The 2 day window will begin the next day for orders placed after 12pm ET. 

Hemisphere Coffee Roasters ships orders via UPS Ground Saver or USPS ground advantage.

 

While the carrier assumes responsibility for your package once it leaves our facility, we are always here to help guide you through the carrier's resolution process if any issues, such as delays or lost items, arise. 

Those that pay full retail price for shipping will have their orders shipped out in 1 business day via the selected shipping service. 

 

Summer Shipping Policies for Chocolate Orders:
During the summer months we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Chocolate sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend is a bad combination.

All packages containing chocolate shipping during May, June, July, August or September must be shipped with ice packs and insulation for a total charge of $6. During these months, all packages outside of 2 day shipping from us will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (some exceptions may apply depending on all products in the order)

The cost covers the regular shipping fee, plus ice packs and insulation that your summer order ships with.  

We use UPS and USPS for shipping.  Please provide street address and PO box when filling in ship to information.

Shipping charges are applied on a per address basis.  If you are shipping to multiple addresses the shipping is charged according to each address order total.  

We ship via UPS Ground Saver and USPS ground advantage. 

Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination
